Things I Lost In Transit
85,000 WORDS • UPMARKET THRILLER • SERIES POTENTIAL
Riley Priest knows how to handle delayed flights, crying passengers, and the occasional in-flight medical emergency. What he doesn't know how to handle is the passenger who steals his late mother's jade ring, the last meaningful thing she left him.
Determined to get it back, Riley follows the thief into a world he never knew existed, where his instincts, observational skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure make him unexpectedly valuable. What begins as a search for a stolen piece of jewelry becomes something far more dangerous: a path into the clandestine world of international espionage.
And Riley may be better at it than anyone expected.

About Trey
Trey Champion is an Atlanta-based writer who works in the commercial interiors industry. He earned degrees in Vocal Performance and Interior Design from the University of Alabama, an educational path that makes considerably more sense if you meet him.
His debut novel, Things I Lost in Transit, grew from a love of character-driven thrillers, dark humor, and stories about ordinary people discovering they're capable of extraordinary things. His work centers gay protagonists in genres where they've traditionally been supporting characters rather than the person saving the day.
When he isn't writing, Trey can usually be found teaching a spin class, crocheting, designing and developing models for 3D printing, or insisting that he would absolutely win The Traitors.
